I am Dr. Daniele Priano, a paediatric orthopaedic surgeon at ASST Gaetano Pini-CTO in Milan. My clinical practice is devoted exclusively to children and adolescents: I do not treat adult patients. I focused most of my specialist training on paediatric orthopaedics. I care for fractures and injuries, foot, hip and knee conditions, and growth-related orthopaedic problems.
My approach is practical and focused on the child's growth: during each visit I try to clarify not only the diagnosis, but what the child can do in daily life, when follow-ups are needed and when an excess of tests or treatments can be avoided. Clear communication with parents is an integral part of the care path.
