My approach
A child is not a small adult: bone, cartilage and growth plates change rapidly, and the same sign — limping, knock knees, flat foot, back asymmetry — must be read differently depending on age and stage of growth. My assessment of posture, gait, joints and muscular development aims to distinguish what can be observed over time from what deserves targeted tests or follow-up, without unnecessary alarm.
